Boot splash screens in 5.3

This works:

# cat /boot/loader.conf
splash_bmp_load="YES"
bitmap_load="YES"
bitmap_name="/boot/splash.bmp"

The trick is, according to splash(4), that
the bitmap must be a 256-color one.  Once
I got that fixed, I have it going now....
