mysql won't start on boot

	I do have a file in rc.d:

# ll -d /usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server.sh
-rwxr-x---  1 root  wheel  1405 Dec  6 20:28 
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/mysql-server.sh
