Problem upgrading /lang/librep (librep-0.16.2_2)

Sorry to reply to myself, but something just hit me.  If this is, in
fact, 4.X, then the patch I removed is still needed.  I have re-added
it, so if this is 4.X, re-cvsup your ports tree in a bit, and try the
build again.
