buh# cat /usr/ports/net/dictd-database/pkg-descr
Dictd words database.

buh# cd /usr/ports/net/dictd-database/ && make install clean
buh# ifconfig rl0 down
Alt+F2 --> kdict --> OK
type some word and see the entries.

You can grep additional dictd databases from that URL.
