WinModem (ltmdm) on FreeBSD 5.1 - undefined reference.

I made /usr/ports/comms/ltmdm and installed it.  But
it won't load.  It gets an error.  It reports suers_td
being undefined.

Is this a problem with the port or do I need to build
a custom kernel?
