problem loading kld

i hav made a kld
compilation was smooth and warning-free
but kldload is not loading it, it says no such file or directory.
###############################################
sust-bsd# kldload ./rbdr.ko
kldload: can't load ./rbdr.ko: No such file or directory
################################################
This is the terminal response.
rbdr.ko exists in the same directory
can any buddy tell me whats goin rong
