Lucent modem on ISA bus

Is there a way to force IRQ, base address and port
address when loading ltmdm.ko module? Docs for a
similar linux driver point to the need to force those
resources when using ISA modems. Mine is built-in
(ISA bus) on a Toshiba Portege' 320CT.
