Trouble with ports

This comes from gettext, which the elm port depends on.  Check to see 
if gettext is installed, and if it is, make sure it's up-to-date.

I also suggest you install portupgrade and then do portupgrade -a.  
 From the looks of it, your installed ports are horribly out of date.
