Missing libfreetype.la and freetype-config

Like I said, libfreetype.la is not installed, but I'll send you my
freetype-config.  Note, if you don't have one, then something is broken
on your side, and I would recommend a reinstall of freetype2 instead of
trying to piece things together from other people's files.
