tftp Bug report.

Hi:

  I've found a bug in tftp program source which in
<tftp_src_dir>/main.c,line 264,version 1.18. 
  
  I think it should be "if(argc==2)" instead of 
"if(argc==3)". 
Because it would cause the tftp ignore "port" argument
got from 
shell if "argc == 3". 
 
  I don't know whether it was written on purpose or by
mistake.
