It's in ports:

    % cd /usr/ports ; make search key=netperf
    Port:   netperf-2.2.3
    Path:   /usr/ports/benchmarks/netperf
    Info:   Rick Jones' <raj at> network performance benchmarking package
    Maint:  sumikawa at
    Index:  benchmarks ipv6

Just do this:

    # cd /usr/ports/benchmarks/netperf
    # make fetch

and everything you need to compile and run the program should be
downloaded into /usr/ports/distfiles.
