Hi!
1) You nust set sgid bit on /usr/X11R6/bin/Xwrapper-4 (if it not set).
# ls -la Xwrapper-4
-r-sr-xr-x 1 root wheel 5280 May 27 19:28 Xwrapper-4
OR
2) use xdm|gdm|kdm. See
