[kde-freebsd] can't compile kde3.1.2

His dependancy tree is really out of date. For example, he has 
XFree86-libraries-4.3.0_5 installed but everything else is still 
version 4.2. A "portupgrade -R XFree86" would be a good start and then 
run a "-R" on kde.
