problem with linking kernel in 5.1 release by adding device umodem

the LINT file is in 5.x the NOTES file!!
but i only added the device umodem to the GENERIC kernel so all usb devices
are included!!!!
and also the make depend works fine!!!!!
the error is by doing make!!!
