Removing Java ?

(I don't know if this is the _best_ way)
You can
# cd /var/db/pkg
# ls
will give you a list of all packages installed via ports,
sysinstall or pkg_add .
You can remove them by
# pkg_delete package_name
Also have a look at
# man pkg_delete
for force and recursive options.
