Sincronize /etc/passwd and /etc/yp/passwd.master

a)
a simbolic link:    /var/yp/master.passwd -> /etc/master.passwd

b) change your /var/yp/Makefile to take /etc/master.passwd
instead of /var/yp/master.passwd
