jail

[dsgx network]

any ideas ?
jail: chrooted directory /data/jail1/user3 is not configuredfor jail (bad 
passwd file); bailing out.
i already added on the enviroment the user with 
/data/jail1/user3:/usr/local/bin/jail
and also on the jail enviroment that i invocated with
jail /data/jail1/ testhostname 192.168.0.201 /bin/sh
but when i try su - user3 give me that answer
