cvsweb on Red Hat

cvsweb is implemented as a bunch of perl CGI scripts, so it should be
fairly easy to get it working on any Unixoid OS capable of running
perl, cvs and apache.

However, what's wrong with

http://download.fedora.us/fedora/redhat/8.0/i386/RPMS.stable/cvsweb-2.0.6-0.fdr.2.noarch.rpm ?
