Opinion on mail server setup

For that reason, you may want to consider qmail. It doesn't have a ton
of configuration options. It comes with a POP3 server, and
configuration is straightforward with the documentation provided in
the port. The hardest part was converting the old sendmail-based stuff
over to use qmail. Postfix shines there, but wasn't available when I
did the conversion.
