Depends heavily on your email system, but I believe it (F-prot) is
supported by Amavis (in the ports), which in turn works with sendmail and
postfix (and maybe qmail, I'm not entirely sure).

There's a few versions of amavis in the ports: if you just want virus
scanning, I'd suggest 'amavisd'. If you also want spam protection,
'amavisd-new' is supposed to be compatible with spamassassin.
