PPPoE : User can't access while root can!

I've got this on mine:
ifconfig_fxp0="inet 192.168.2.72 netmask 255.255.255.0"
defaultrouter="192.168.2.1"
hostname="ecerejo.Belkin"
but then again I behind a dsl/router if you're not behind a router then
you shouldn't put anything in it I think unless your isp assigns you a
static IP or something.
