VNC and blackbox

Try removing the & from after blackbox.  I run KDE and this
is what my xstartup looks like:

xrdb $HOME/.Xresources
xsetroot -solid grey
xterm -geometry 80x24+10+10 -ls -title "$VNCDESKTOP Desktop" &
autocutsel &
xhost +
startkde
