my first python port

Hi!

I wrote a very simple port for a trac plugin, but, although
something gets installed, the plugin does not seem to be
working.

Because I'm a complete newbie with respect to all things
python, I thought I'd ask here before going after the plugin
author :)

I copied the use of easy_install and 'USE_PYDISTUTILS' from
another trac plugin port ... I read elsewhere that it was
this simple ... am I doing something wrong?
