any way to reset ilo without disconnecting power?

Is there a 'short summary' of this available?  Coles notes style? :)

As an example ... if 'REMCONS' is legacy, what is the proper/current 
method of doing this?

Ya, that is what I like about it ... I can power on/off the server at will 
... the whole iLO interface stuff is one of the major selling points for 
me, since all my servers are remote, and getting a remote tech to 'tell me 
what is on the screen' is soooo painful ...
