FYI: status of ports on sparc64 and powerpc

I've just finished the first builds of sparc64-9 and powerpc-9 and
have updated the discussion of the results on the wiki:

The included table documents the ports whose build failures affect the
most other ports.

If you're using one of these architectures, and are interested in working
on fixing any of these bugs, it would be helpful.  Please use send-pr if
you come up with any patches.
