Created new package repository on google code

I've just now started uploading. Some will be in group tarballs- not sure if
gz or bzip2- such as Xorg, KDE4, Xfce4; and, the rest will be as individual
packages. If anything is missing, let me know. I will state what packages
gave me trouble when using pkg_create -b $PKG_NAME, ok?
