How to install FreeBSD/ppc into a MPC8536 based board?

What exactly is the development board you mention?

In principle, for FreeBSD to run on MPC85xx you need the following:

- U-Boot >= 1.3.2
- Enabled CONFIG_API option (to be able to run loader(8) on top of U-Boot)
