I just fixed this:

xserve% sysctl hw.model
hw.model: Motorola PowerPC 7455

xserve% uname -a
FreeBSD xserve.pn.xcllnt.net 7.0-CURRENT FreeBSD 7.0-CURRENT #0: Sun  
Jan 14 13:40:10 PST 2007     marcel at xserve.pn.xcllnt.net:/nfs/freebsd/ 
7.x/src/sys/powerpc/compile/XSERVE  powerpc
