jsoncpp update breaks cmake

The update to jsoncpp pumped the version of the .so which requires a
rebuild of cmake. This prevents building a LOT of ports.

Could someone bump the PORT_REVISION for cmake? I have not checked whether
other ports may need a bump, as well.
