devel/pear-channel-phpunit is obsolete

Well, turns out that searching with

grep -Rl 'devel/pear-channel-phpunit' [a-ce-z]* d[a-hj-z]*

in the ports tree did not find those ports, who all have
PEAR_CHANNEL= phpunit
in their Makefiles...
