I'm pretty happy with "transmission", but I prefer to work from
the command line (transmission-daemon, transmission-remote).

Once one gets used to specify a torrent number like this:

  transmission-remote -t 20 -l

(list information about the torrent file number 20)

it is pretty easy to use.
