How to fix/patch hardcoded values

Hello!,

man(1) gitup only references:
Files:
${PREFIX}/etc/gitup.conf  Default location of the gitup configuration file.

But yes, thats makes sense a per-user .config file, maybe in ~ or in
~/.config folder.
