12.2-STABLE pkg upgrade remove firefox then need firefox-esr

On 12.2-STABLE pkg upgrade removed firefox, I wonder why ?
I ran pkg add firefox-esr, 
& am now runnning cd /usr/ports/www/firefox ; make
