Query on installing v6eval to FreeBSD 12.1

Hi Radhika,

Where did you download this from? I ad a look at https://github.com/IxLabs/tahi-linux/
and v6eval included there has not been updated since 2013 and needs some changes
to work with the newest FreeBSD. For example, it still uses the old <utmp.h> interface.

I see that there is some version of OpenSSL bundled with the repository, do you know
why?
