The 2019Q4 branch has been created. It means that the next update on the
quarterly packages will be on the 2019Q4 branch.

A lot of things happened in the last three months:
- pkg 1.12.0

- Removed USES: pure
- New keywords: ldconfig ldconfig-linux
- New default version for GCC: 9.0
- Default version of Lazarus switched to 2.0.4
- Default version of Linux switched to Centos 7

- Default version of Perl switched to 5.30
- Default version of PostgreSQL switched to 11
- Default version of Ruby switched to 2.6
- Firefox 69.0.1
- Firefox-esr 68.1.0
- Chromium 76.0.3809.132
- Ruby 2.4.7, 2.5.6, 2.6.4
- gcc 9
- Qt 5.13.0
- Xfce 4.14

Next quarterly package builds will start on Thursday October 3 at 1:00

should be available on your closest mirrors few days later.
