Looks like you're using the VESA xorg ddx.  On FreeBSD 13-current you 
need to install the kernel graphics drivers from ports, I can't answer 
for exactly how 915resolution works, but having the kernel graphics card 
driver is a first step I assume.

Install it from graphics/drm-kmod.  On 13-CURRENT it's best to build it 
from ports instead of using packages, so that it matches your kernel 
version.  Then follow the instructions in the pkg-message to have the 
right driver loaded.
