Hi Bob,
I see your post to ports@ above 11:08:01 +0000 is from from your
<rde at tavi.co.uk> wherease current/ports/math/rexx-regmath
has your other address MAINTAINER=     bob at eager.cx
So I'd wondered if that broke some confirmation chain, but probably not as

Maybe it will get done soonish.
Then again, Ive had patches hanging 10 or more years I think,
One to src/ just got commited after 7 years :-/

I dont see a mechanism to set status of a bit to "approved by maintainer".
Maybe I missed something ? If not addition of such a function would accelerate
commits as documenting the authority. ports-mgr@ would know more.
Ask ports-mgr@ I guess, if a random commiter doent pick it up.

(BTW decade[s] back FreeBSD discussed the possibility of importing
the MAINTAINER= concept into all Makefiles in /src, That might have
been to help accelerate approvals for commits.)
