Wrong log and archive permissions in Nagios

Sorry yes 4.4.1,1

Not sure what the default options are so from pkg:
COREWINDOW: off
MONPLUGINS: off
NAGPLUGINS: on
NANOSLEEP: off
UNHANDLED_HACK: off

Related to config, 3 changes:
1. I added my own directory, populated that with hosts/services
2. I added the livestatus broker_module
3. I changed process_performance_data=1
