kf5-kio depends fails: qt5-declarative-5.11.2 conflicts with qt5-qml-5.11.2

That worked. Previously I tried:

# poudriere pkgclean -a -j $JAIL

but this failed in libosmesa, which I don't have specified in my $PORTSFILE.

I do want to again emphasize what a massively awesome tool poudriere and
the ports system is.
