Package Quarterly 104 amd64/i386 cannot build math/saga

The package builders for 104amd64-quarterly and 104i386-quarterly 
complain about a build problem with math/saga[1][2].

This happens, because 104 uses the outdated math/saga version 6.3.0. In 
HEAD, there is already a working version 6.4.0 for some time now.

Is it possible to also update the quarterly packages to version 6.4.0?
