FreeBSD Port: nvidia-driver-390.77

Need update port nvidia-driver (390.87).

I think this will fix the mistakes that I have after the transition to
GF1070:
"Fixed a resource leak introduced in the 390 series of drivers that
could lead to reduced performance after starting and stopping several
OpenGL and/or Vulkan applications."

And what about build nvidia-driver in last revisions 12.0?
