pecl-expect broken

Hi,

Under 11.2, pecl-expect appears broken for php56 ( no upstream support 
for php7)

PHP Warning:  PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library 
'/usr/local/lib/php/20131226/expect.so' - Shared object 
"libexpect5.45.4.so" not found, required by "expect.so" in Unknown on line 0

On other boxes ,libexpect5.45.4.so exists:  
/usr/local/lib/expect5.45.4/libexpect5.45.4.so

but for a fresh install of expect, php56 + pecl-expect it does not..
