phpLDAPadmin -- is it time to drop this from ports?

I'll add another vote for phpLDAPadmin.  I find it to be more
lightweight and easily customizable than many of the alternatives.
I maintain a "self-service account portal" for a project that
makes extensive use of phpLDAPadmin.
