Consider allowing this only for selected ports, e.g. via setting
ALLOW_MAKE_JOBS_PACKAGES="pkg gcc* py* <othersHere>"

My machine tends to become close to unresponsive for (UI heavy tasks
like browsing) when both firefox and chromium builds run in parallel
with ALLOW_MAKE_JOBS.
