devel/hardening-check needs a committer

It is a tool ported from debian,used to check binaries for security
hardening features,like this:

> $hardening-check /usr/sbin/sshd
> /usr/sbin/sshd:
> Position Independent Executable: yes
> Stack protected: yes
> Fortify Source functions: yes   ---//not supported on FreeBSD
> Read-only relocations: yes
> Immediate binding: yes
