Spat between sqlite3 and firefox-esr

ports/head -r447625

www/firefox-esr insists that sqlite3 be compiled with SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS3

Attached patch allows compilation to complete and results in a working
firefox (though I don't it's completely correct).            -- George
