devel/sope: make (stage-qa) now fails with DEVELOPER=yes complaining about iconv dependency

=> you may not need USES+=ssl.

And this message disappeared if I set USES? ssl:libressl.

This should not needed if I had  DEFAULT_VERSIONS=ssl=libressl in /etc/make.conf.
(I think only USES=ssl should be enough).
