I've reset assignment and re-triaged the issue, but also wanted to note
(for everyone) that:

The maintainer timeout timer (2 weeks) is 'reset' every time a new
change (attachment) is proposed.

The timeout should be calculated from that time, not from the original
issue date.

In this case there has been no feedback for over 3 months, so it isn't
the best example.
