Updating pidgin-sipe FreeBSD port

Thanks a lot for the link! Looks like it's well under way! I am experiencing crashes on file transfers from communicator and it was fixed somewhere in 1.20, from pidgin-sipe's problem reports. Will test the new version when it becomes available.
