New port: security/softether [PR: 188437]

Thank you all for this port 8-)

In October 2013 I made a note that I should have a look at
ocserv and softether as alternative server-side VPN solutions
and in short time both of them are now in the ports. Very nice!

This is exactly the use case I'm looking for!
